★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On April 24 2022 at around 5.30 pm, I went to this store with my mum to buy some artificial flowers for the birdcage and to collect our orchid plant. There was an understanding that we would pay the whole amount once all of the items were ready. However, one of the male employees who was wearing glasses started shouting and harping at us to pay for the orchid plant even though the birdcage was not yet ready, which was not what was agreed upon. Even after we paid, he followed us around the store and kept staring at our direction, making the experience even more unpleasant.
This was not our first visit to this store, but it was the first time we had such a bad experience with that particular male employee. He needs to improve on his mannerism and communication skills with customers.
