★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY THIS WATER DISTILLER. OWNER IS NOT RESPONSIVE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD. THEY ARE NOT USING STAINLESS STEEL. BELOW IS THE PICTURES AFTER I USE 2ND TIME FOR CLEANING THE MACHINE. OWNER REFUSED TO RETURN CALL AND PUSHED TO STAFF TO TELL ME IT IS NOT RUSTY AND WILL NOT ALLOW EXCHANGE 1 TO 1 EVEN IT IS UNDER WARRANTY. THI IS VERY UNETHNICAL WAY FOR DOING BUSINESS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company claims to be a subsidiary of Singapore Technology. I bought 2 units of water distiller from them recently. After usage the water sprout, which the company claimed to be made of stainless steel, is rusty. (see photos) Called them to enquire and perhaps a solution. They simply told me to boil the part with the descaler, which we followed and did not remove the rust. After which, staff by the name of Jenny is extremely rude, accusing us of being unreasonable. The company sold something which they claimed to be stainless steel, and after usage became rusty. When asked, they claim customer is being unreasonable. Go figure. Buyer beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a water distiller for home use from this company.
Rust started appearing on the inner part of the lid within a few months of use, although the company claims is made of stainless steel.
After a year, the plastic gasket needed to seal the lid started coming apart and it’s been impossible to find a replacement. I quite honestly can’t understand how can STG Industrials market this product and not offer the necessary parts for simple maintenance.
I’d recommend finding another product and making sure the company you are buying from has the parts needed for maintenance available before purchasing.
Edit-- Added picture of the damaged gasket after owner's request. I find pieces of the gasket floating on the distilled water. This is a consumable and I have no issue with the fact that I need to replace it after a year of service. What's not acceptable is not been able to buy a replacement from the official STG store.
