Very responsive and prompt service! Despite us starting the discussions during the circuit breaker, they were willing to go the extra mile to meet via zoom, saving us precious time so that we can start the reno once the govt gave the green light. We wanted to install storage into the kitchen with a section for our pets to have their meals. As ours is a small project, many companies didn't take us seriously and even said our ideas cannot work. So after consulting several companies, we decided on TWP as they had the best customer service! Joshua put alot of though into the design of the cabinet and was the only contractor who said dat my vision is possible! He has alot of knowledge and guided us when we were unsure on some areas. The entire process was swift and absolutely zero fuss! Despite it being a small project, Joshua still gave us 100% attention and treated us very well and patiently addressed our repetitive questions. TWP has their own inhouse carpentry to help make the process much quicker. His team of carpenters and electricians did the installation fast, all in one day and cleaned up after. A 5-star rating for TWP from my husband and I on our recently (and awesomely) renovated resale unit! We met with several IDs before deciding on TWP namely because Jia Hao and Dennis won us over with their patience, flexibility and being accommodating to our whims. As first-time homeowners and new to the renovating process, Jia Hao and Dennis were very forthcoming in their recommendations and advice accumulated by their years in this field. Yet at the same time, they were never condescending despite any outlandish ideas that we threw to them. They put in their best of efforts to fulfill our requests, and even went beyond and above to create the home that we wanted despite the multiple changes we put them through. Our first visit to TWP started from their in-house carpentry workshop before we sat down to talk about quotations. This is testament in the pride TWP has in their quality workmanship that they provide to their clients. The entire renovation process was smooth and well-managed, and any issues that arose were promptly followed up and resolved. I don't think we can thank Jia Hao, Dennis and the TWP team of workers enough for their long hours and late nights especially during the year end peak period. We were won over by Victor's sincerity, dedication and responsiveness right from the get-go. Throughout the entire journey, he was always very patient in listening to our ideas and requests and he was prompt in addressing our concerns. He has also, in more ways than one, gone above and beyond his duty to meet our needs. His design, workmanship by his team and post-renov service are highly commendable. In fact, it's been 4 months since we moved in to our beautiful home and till today, he still keeps in touch with us and arranges for any necessary follow-up.
