She was not pushy and patient to listen to our concern as moving stuff for renovation is definitely a stressful factor. She also highlighted that space will be sufficient and no need for upgrade..
Went there 2days and Isha was on duty. I checked in using the email sent and alsonto confirm with her on some details... Check in was Easy.. Seamless.
Today moving day 4/3/2022.. The Malay guy welcomed us and also assisted my movers. Amazing services.. Now i know why they are called Storefriendly... Good job pps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very positive experience since first visit (that's b4 Covid!). Staff Siti was so patient and friendly to explain the breakdown of cost to me. Then she showed me around the area and the unit for me. What surprise me even more was she even offered to help me shift my boxes if I cannot manage!
I also met other staffs over the 2-3 years, they were all very friendly and I felt welcome and at ease visit the place. The area was also well kept and clean.
You are a great team. Keep it up!
