I contacted them via WhatsApp on 7 Nov (Sun) which is a non-working day for them, however surprised to receive responses from the team answering all my queries in great detail. The next day, I received 2 proposed layouts - one was my original requirement, the other was their proposal which would further optimise the space utilization. Of course I went with their recommendation :) The team was able to help squeeze in the installation on 10 Nov (Wed) which was perfect for us. Installation was fast, and the friendly installation team even suggested height adjustments on the spot to ensure we can fit our luggages. All in all, very good experience from customer service team to the installation team! Needless to say, product quality is great as well. Highly recommended!

They are punctual, courteous and most importantly, very professional. At the end of the installation, they taught us the safety aspects of the rack and its basic maintenance. The whole process of dismantling, disposal and installation took less than an hour. Caroline, who is the customer service officer, is patient and provides excellent customer service to us.
