β β β β β I was served by Ummu Kalthum twice. Only viewing of 2 space units the first time round, second time view another 2 space unit & finally make bookings. She was very calm attending to my request. Good job on the service!!

β β β β β 14 woodlands loop has a good storage unit for me. Clean internal storage units, well maintained. No foul smell too.
I have secured a 12 months rental with Xavier. He is a patient guy, friendly and good customer service by demonstrating the ability to explain and provide βuseful & relevantβ information that I needed.
The week before i moved things in. I faced some challenges ie administration paperwork. I gave feedback about my encounters. District manager, immediately picked it up my concerns and settled amicably and efficiently.
Basically, itβs still good to consider using Storhub because Xavier and his District Manager demonstrated their responsibility, commitment and care for me as a customer. Good job!

β β β β β StorHub Self Storage facility wise is well maintained and presented . Facility is clean and security is also managed well. It builds confidence and assurance for clients to keep their items here .
In both my consultation visits , I was aided by Jasmine. She was professional in her mannerism , patience in clearing my doubts and a very pleasant person to liaise with.

β β β β β Went down to StorHub Woodlands branch with my wife, we were served by Xavier. We were so glad of his knowledge and service. Xavier was also very helpful in terms on how to store our items in a proper way. The signing up and registration process was quick and hassle free.
