โ โ โ โ โ Beautiful place. My dad stays in a unit here and it's just so calm and serene. Could use a better gym but its otherwise quite okay!
If you have work in the far east I'd consider renting a unit here because it's in quite close proximity to the MRT.

โ โ โ โ โ Beautiful and quaint architecture with very well-maintained lawns and courtyard. Immediately feels like you're transported into a posh old-school country club. Lovely vast grounds (unlike the newer developments that are densely packed together) and a mere 7 mins stroll to Tanah Merah MRT.

โ โ โ โ โ The condominium is a classic English Regent Style architecture. Houses 268 units characterised by sloping tile roofs, open balconies and a mix of units (2 bedroom to 4 bedroom) across pool facing and garden area. The developer First Capital Corporation completed this in the Year 1998 as part of their project in District 16.
The place has an aura especially with its colonial architecture. Most of the amenities are in the proximity(Bedok mall, Bedok Simpang). The condominium has most of the facilities- Tennis Courts, Swimming Pool, Table Tennis, Function Room, Gymnasium, Reading Room and a Minimart outlet.
Nice and Cosy place, for people who do not like much of hustle bustle. Gives a feeling of resort living.

Most of the units are large and spacious by todayโs standards from 915-2110 Sqft, parking is in the basement and facilities include an swimming pool with jacuzzi, barbecue pits, tennis court and childrenโs playground. Walking distance to Tanah Merah MRT station which is about 7-10mins walk.
