โ โ โ โ โ It's a beautiful condominium located right next to tanah merah mrt. The apartments are cozy here yet bit expensive as it is very approachable. It has a mart, lotus Ponds, function hall, gym, several pools and all required amenities. I visited couple of houses here for viewing and they're good. Tried negotiating but they weren't ready for 100$ less though.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been living in this condo for a while now, thought I'd leave review.
Its an awesome condo. I feel like I am living in a resort, the swimming pools and facilities are great. I spend a lot of time in our condo facilities.
Waterfalls are also awesome and skypods are also very useful.
I would recommend this condo. I think its probably one of the best condo to live in this area

โ โ โ โ โ The facilities are very nice and well kept. The major issue is the MRT noise. I visited Blk12 and the noise is unbearable even when closing all doors. Out in the garden, pool still hear. There is literally no escape from it.

โ โ โ โ โ The Glades is a Residential Condominium located in District 16, Bedok Rise, a short walk to the Tanah Merah MRT station (EW4). Total 726 unit development. Excellent Recreational Facilities: Swimming Pools, Tennis Court, Gym, Function Room, Barbecue Pits, Children's Pool & Playground.
