β β β β β This is usually not the kind of stuff we go for.. but almost every other table had this tomyam instant noodles - so we had to try it and were not disappointed. It is in fact, the best thing we had at our 1st visit to Timbre+ East (the other being nasi lemak and beef ribs).

β β β β β this is as close as you can get to the authentic tomyum mama noodle in 'jay-o' shop in Bangkok! Tasty and almost identical to the Bangkok one. Only thing missing is the crispy pork.

β β β β β The stall is located near the live band stage. As you walk close to it, you can smell the barbeque char. Ordered the Moo Ping Rice Set and it was great. I will definitely order again.

β β β β β Would have given a 5 stars if not for the fact of soggy noodles and broken yolk. Mooping skewers were surprising very tasty. Soft and tender, very well marinated.

β β β β β We only ordered the moo ping and the hum. They were great. The moo ping is very well prepared, and the hum is fresh and tasted great with the chilli sauce. Will be back to try their other dishes.

β β β β β Really yummy food, authentic sauce. I went for Saturday lunch and it was not hot with giant fans around and food were so delish! For seafood platter we had to wait 30mins but it was all worth it! Went back again recently and Mookata with Giant Cockles. It was yummmy. If I would vote for top menu, definitely tomyum mama pot, Cockles, seafood set. Mookata was below average (in terms of selection on vegetables and Meat platter)

β β β β β Generally not bad and worth trying and recommending.
Ordered the seafood platter mookata set plus additional a-la-cart orders of beef slices and black pepper pork. The black pepper pork is very well marinated and not too overly salty. For the seafood set, they are fresh enough and feature crayfish giving the set an 'extra value'. There were also prawns, squids, mussels and clams. Vegetables and mushrooms and tofu are also provided as part of the set. The soup base was tasty and flavorful but not over-salty or bland and goes very well with the items. The presentation of the mookata was also quite good along with three type of chilies available.
For the small to average eater, the set would be good for 2-3 persons, but for bigger eater, may find the portion just slightly little for the price.
Surprise of the meal were the Moo Ping and quite a good value at 3 for $5.20. However, as they get busier, sometimes they may forget the order, but be patient and keep checking with them. Else, the good thing you get out from a 'forgotten' order will be that they will cooked immediately and serve piping hot.
