β β β β β I have been patronizing Strip since 2007 and their therapists are fantastic. My current therapist, Orange takes good care of me. Never fail to remind me that i need to moisture my thirsty skin (she goes beyond her duty man! Hard to come by therapist who take good care of her clients well being). And she only recommend what is suitable, no hard sell at all. She would provide sample sachets for me to try out so that I could try it out. She always hit right on the spot, she knows me better than myself. We are like friends than therapist/client.
Not forgetting the frontdesk folks, they are always smiley, making sure i am well taken care of. A big thank you to all, especially Ana and Shanelle!

β β β β β I have been a client at Strip for a few years now. But when I happened to visit the Mandarin Gallery outlet, I decided that yes, I am going to keep coming back here from now on.
I went a last month ago to see Orange. I love going back to her as she is always so meticulous and careful. Waxing HURTS but she really tries to limit the pain. She also is super quick and efficient!
My last visit, I also got to meet Leng and Ana, 2 extremely nice and cheerful people at the front of house. Seeing people like this just always makes me want to go back.
Can't wait for my next visit!

β β β β β Pristine has been an awesome therapist - After my first interaction with her, I actually switched from PS to Mandarin Gallery just to continue the sessions with her. She is responsible, an excellent communicator and you can see the strong passion she has for her work. There is also no hard selling which I appreciate. Thank you for being so genuine in our chats during the sessions!

β β β β β Iβve been a regular of Strip for the past 2-3 years and they never fail. My previous therapist Ling Ling & current therapist Orange are utmost professional who always deliver and give the best advice for maximum results.
Not forgetting the front desk staffs, they are always welcoming the customers with a warm smile. Most importantly, they inform you of the latest promotions but certainly do not hard sell. They provide genuine service. You are definitely in good hands here!

β β β β β I usually jump around outlets depending on my schedule, but whenever I get to go to Mandarin Gallery I request for Orange. She is definitely one of the best therapists around, my waxing sessions with her are always prompt and (relatively) painless. She is very efficient and approachable, my experience with her is always top notch. (Also, shout out to the friendly auntie who always enthusiastically offers me water)

β β β β β Pristine was my therapist for thermal treatments and she is fantastic! I want to know about the treatment and the benefits and she will take the time explaining to me. She also makes the time fun and comfortable, and I feel we can share so freely. Really will recommend her services.
Ira at front desk too! She will remind me to book my appointments early, and find the best slot to fit my availability.
