This place was amazing - imagine having a spa day and getting your hair done w aromatherapy and an elegant tea choice. From the moment you walk this is by far the most intriguing and relaxing hair place I’ve ever been. Everyone is super professional, friendly and the hair wash w jellyfish projection was mesmerizing. Would go again next time I’m in Singapore.

service was great & it's my first time experiencing a high end studio - they even have facilities complementary to their hair services. deon did my hair & i really loved how he gave advice to me based on my face shape & style. he even gave me hair tips to manage my hair better. overall a great experience & would revisit :-)

Completely blown away by the experience I had in Chez Vous. I used to dislike staying in the hair salon for hours. It was a complete different experience for me in here. Oscar is patient and explain everything in details and I knew I can trust him. While you were waiting for your appointment, they will bring you to this relaxation corner to relax as well. My hair felt softer and lighter after hair dye. Will definitely be a returning customer! ❤️

I really enjoyed my time at the salon yesterday! From the moment I stepped in till I left, I was very well taken care off. The lady doing the initial massage was good but the guy, Ray, doing the treatment was amazing. Very attentive and particular. The stylist, Eddy, was also fantastic, his attention to detail is appreciated. He asked for my opinions as well as gave professional advice as to what would suit be better and it turned out really well! I would like to be back to get my hair cut by him. I didn’t manage to thank any of them so please convey my appreciation to them! Thank you so much for taking care of me and I’ll definitely be back!

My experience at Chez Vous Hideaway Hair Salon was absolutely brilliant and I couldn’t stop raving about it to my friends and family. Upon stepping into the salon, I was brought to the relaxation lounge at the massage chair and loosened up the knots in my body. Thereafter, I was directed to the chair and waited for a hairstylist to serve me. As it was my first time there, I did not have any stylist preference. Deon, my hairstylist, introduced himself and proceeded with the hair consultation and asked about my ideas of how I’d like my hair to be done. He also recommended me some colours which he thought will suit me too and we gladly went along with it too. We had a friendly chat as he started with the haircut (complimentary for all bundles). He was very precise and asked about my desired length and how I’d like my fringe to be done. After which he had my fringe trimmed and cut to one which would suit my face shape. Super meticulous too!! Would like to thank Deon and the technician who served me (forgot his name!) for OT-ing to have my hair done so beautifully! Absolutely in love with the haircut, colour and curls ? received so many compliments today at work for it! Really loved the head massages too! Also loved the transparency of the pricings for the services done and how affordable it was! Will definitely recommend to my friends and family! ❤️

Amazing customer service, hair stylist took time to understand what I wanted and gave professional recommendations. My hair feels healthier and hydrated even after colouring. I am impressed with all the extra services from quick facial, scalp massage to diffuser essential oil breathe therapy. The decor was so pretty that you can take some nice pics for your gram. Also got their oribe hair products to help maintain my hair. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience :)

Me and my friend visited on the 16th of July. I was under the care of Deon, he was absolutely a PLEASURE TO WORK WITH! He listened to what I wanted to do with my hair and recommended the best approach to fulfill my wants and I am so pleased with the results. If hair was truly the cure to everything, I'd trust Deon with my life ?? Everyone else was also super friendly and helpful!! I requested for a tedious hairstyle and everyone was willing to help out ? From the start of my session to the very LAST second, service was AMAZING, even after HOURS of bleach in the hair HAHA everyone was super amazing ?? thank you for the experience and your kindness ❤️ Before and After !! Really love how professional and attentive the Chez Vous team was from before I stepped into the salon to post salon care :) The entire experience was very different from the places I've went to before and it definitely made me feel like home. Not forgetting the classy and beautifully decorated ambiance + variety of complimentary massages for us to select. Special thanks to Oscar for ensuring I receive the hairstyle and color most suited to me. He was also very patient with my requests and offered tips to a nice hairdo :) It was a truly amazing experience!
