★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location, is situated close to numerous bus stops having good connectivity, but there is no MRT at walkable distance. Also has a hawker court and various 24 hour open restuarants at throwaway distance. As for the facilities, it has a gym and a nice pool with jacuzzi and bbq pit. The condos are nice but don't expect them to be big in size. There is round the clock security and it has a nice vibe.
