★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instructor was 10 mins late for the first lesson. Cancelled the class 20 mins before commencement during the second lesson when I was already on the taxi there. Refused to compensate for the fare. Unprofessional and bad attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instructor cancelled classes right before lesson started MORE THAN ONCE, after we have all arrived at the STUDIO. Also refused to reimburse the grab fare for going down for the wasted trip. Besides,for the only other lesson I attended, she was late for 15mins as well. Unprofessional studio and irresponsible behaviour. Basically, they don't respect your time and don't care if you travelled over for nothing. When the students tried to reason with her, her attitude turned hostile. Out of 5 students in my class, 3 have requested a full refund. Absolutely DO NOT recommend this studio. Takes a long time to walk from the mrt as well, especially with instructors that cancel classes without warning, you may be walking in the hot sun to that studio for NOTHING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a regular student with the studio for years. Studio has been accomodating to our requests. Instructor Kei's very nice and patient. Instructor Yan's always very prepared and motivating. Always have loads of fun learning every dance routine.
