Stuff'd

Bought daily bowl at 2 pm, after lunch hour rush. There was 1 lady manning the store. From her body language, she looks tired and not smiling. After waiting for a minute or two, a tall guy came and took my order. Half way through, he passed my order to the lady and I told her my choice of toppings. She didn’t acknowledge. During payment, she didn’t say a word. Took out my cash & passed her. When the receipt came out, she let out a huge sigh & asked me ‘do you have Mastercard?’ I was clueless! And she repeatedly say if I have card & showed me the credit card terminal. She said she keyed in the wrong mode of payment. And after that she said never mind rudely. She could have explained herself & the correct question would be ‘do you mind paying by card?’ Her attitude angers me and I took my food & storm off forgetting about my change. She called me and told me about my change & my next question to her was ‘are u ok?’ She said that she wanted to give me my change. Before I left, I told her to get some rest. The staff need to work on her attitude. I understand that she may be tired after lunch hours. But it’s not an excuse. Take a break if you have to but don’t put out your attitude to the next paying customer.

I do not know if the staffs there are waiting for pang gang or waiting for us to call them to service us. They are just literally letting us to queue for more than a few mins. And the chicken kebab I ordered was even less then 2.8g and I was told by the staff that they are short of vegs. I mean they could just give us more ingredients so the wrap could at least reach 2.8g, right?

This daily bowl of goodness is with compliments of the generosity of stuff'd! Thank you for being so kind and supportive to us during this period!?? Always loved the foods at stuffd and this kindness just made the dinner an even better one ? By the way, the impossible rendang is really tasty and great! Daily bowls are great if you're feeling hungry as there's a lot to choose from and you're bound to feel full after that. Always had the chicken kebab which is amazing as well!

Just edited my previous four stars reviews to two stars. The previous nice serving staff are gone and now left with some stoned face servers. The worst part is, they close in between 3.30 -5 pm for their 'staff break'. Business too good? How about us who have meal break at 3pm? Close for more than two hours and I think you should at least cover all the food displaying at the counter!! Not gonna go back !

Agustina was patient when taking my orders. Despite being indecisive of my options, she still did not look unhappy and is willing to wait for me to decide my orders. She is also initiative in recommending on what's good on the menu. Lady made my day :)

There was almost nobody there and yet the 2 clerks didn’t acknowledge me and just left me hanging there while taking other customers orders who arrived after me. Turns out I wasn’t standing at the right spot, so in their minds it probably means I’m invisible. I left after 10 mins and went to Guzman y Gomez which has a much better service.

Left a remark ‘little bit Habanero will do” on my order but seems like the staff purposely drained my burrito with Habanero. The other order comes with Habanero at normal level but was obviously not that spicy.

Hair in my food, embedded in the lettuce :( Support team and feedback system was great. Emailed about the unpleasant experience and a prompt investigation was made. Appreciate such great service!
