The White Glove service for sellers is a joke. They took several days to confirm they have picked up my bags, and then a few more days to take very bad photos of them. I provided the names of the models of my bags in my email - and they proceeded to ignore this and describe them in generic terms like "white shoulder bag". Some great marketing value-add this is - how would anyone know which model and whether these bags are authentic? And the worst, they low-balled me and offered me 20% of the retail price of brand new with tag bags. And this is the price before they charge me another 30% for selling commission. All their PR talk of working together with sellers to determine price and offering the highest prices is rubbish. I don't know what kind of marketing expertise they think they provide - it certainly takes no expertise to be able to sell a brand new bag at 20% of its retail price. Whatever marketing expertise they have is more relevant to running a pasar malam than a luxury store. Don't waste your time with them. They are slow, they have no marketing expertise and the rates they offer you is laughable. There are many other selling platforms that charge much lower commission while allowing you to set the price you want.

I've dropped by their place twice, and the two times I've been there I was extremely blessed to get Sophie who has a brilliant eye for fashion and what would suit my body type! The service is great, on 2 occasions i had to return goods and it was very easy. The recent feature that I adore is the "make an offer" which is just fabulous. Lately, I realised that they had more and more items and I remember when they first started (yes I am a proud customer since the early days). I purchased an authentic Valentino bag in December 2015. I was impressed by the professionalism of the Style Tribute team who helped me to get more information on the product before purchasing it. I received additional pictures of the bag in order to check the size and the quality. The price was extremely attractive and the bag in impeccable condition. It was delivered to me on the same day. I am very happy with my new pre-loved bag and will definitely keep on visiting this website for more fashion opportunities!

I love this company and am a huge fan. I have sold many items from my wardrobe ... The white glove service makes selling so easy with a direct pick up from home... I have also bought some fantastic brand new designer items at incredible prices and found some unique vintage Jewellery. Highly recommended.

Love Style Tribute! I have gotten so many great finds here - really unique pieces that I've always gotten compliments on, and at a great price. I've also sold items, and it's always been a really smooth process. I really trust them in terms of the authenticity of their wares. Browsing online is great, and I love visiting their warehouse for open day sales. The team are super knowledgeable and will become your impromptu stylists - I've ended up with really cool outfits that I wouldn't have been able to put together on my own. Top marks! :-)

First time ordering from this shop to try out but it was disappointing. The 2 tops I ordered were not suitable to wear because of missing information. The first top was actually sheer/transparent but this was not communicated on the website and not visible in the photos. It required alot of care ("do not wash") which I would not have purchased if I had known earlier. The 2nd top was black and faded white but looked blue and bright white in photos and the ruffles at the top of the blouse was actually not attached to the top but a separate piece you need to tie into the blouse - after trying I found it was difficult to wear - this info about the ruffles not being part of the blouse should have been stated on the website. Furthermore the 2nd item was non-refundable. No wonder... I wrote in to them to share my feedback but they did not reply. Will not be returning!
