★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service from the staff here is nothing spectacular. You will not be offended neither will you be amazed, hence the 2 stars. I am a beauty product junkie so yeah, I am a sucker for good service afterall I am parting with good money. I went there expecting myself to buy my targeted products and other possible kits that they might introduce. But since they didnt seem interested I stuck to my original intention. Such a pity. There are many branches of Sulwhasoo all over Orchard Rd. No necessity to restrict yourself to this particular branch unless you are thinking of clocking in tangs points.
