★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should have review the comments first. They charged us 150 only to unclogged tissue for 1 minute. You will notice the plumber will show he is really having hardtime. We should have bought pump instead. He took advantage because we are foreigners. Hope they are happy with 150 SGD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got overcharged. No explanation of charges. Took advantage of an emergency situation. Asked for over $300 for replacing a part that costs 1/5th the price. Don’t recommend them. We will not be a repeat customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told us our clog would cost 600$ to resolve. I cannot believe my ears. Someone else came and quoted us 200$. This is a blood sucking company. In the end he demanded 30$ for transport fee although he did not do adequate checks or brought suitable tools for inspection.
