★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, Jurong-Clementi Town Council have fulfilled most of my requests in a timely manner. However, 1 of the lifts at my parents flat managed by this town council is not working properly for some time (since the last 1 month), as the door opens and closes many times and does not go up from level 1. This result in inconvenience because there are only 2 lifts in the block.
I have reported this issue so far twice to the town council this month via the One Service App, still pending for it to be resolved. Hope this will be resolved soon. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prompt disposal of bulky items within 3 days of advance notice via email plus 2 follow up calls for confirmation of date & time. Well done to both customer service officer and onsite workers.
Next, same day response on a low water pressure issue was attended and replacement of a faulty part carried out on the next day by a TC technician.
Feedback there is minimum improvement and TC assisted residents to forward feedback to PUB Water Agency.
Trust the low water pressure issue could be resolved soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Service sounded Chinese guy handled my call abt me unable to contact Masood was very unprofessional. The way the guy handled my call was very slack (lazy to talk) n not being helpful. He told me Masood work from home. So does that mean Masood cannot attend resident queries? No wonder ratings for this Town Council is very bad. Higher Management should look into this n hear back the recordings how the staff handled phone calls. Very disappointing.
