buy already, wear once, then spoil. joke is on me i didn’t check google reviews. buy already then see. i buy from taobao cheaper and last longer. also quite shocking to see the owner arguing with one of the reviewers below. if it’s just one person, yeah maybe the issue is that person. but you cannot see your own rating so low the problem is you meh. lol.

really appreciative of naz, she was so patient and helpful despite me asking for many different pairs of sizes of heels to try on. i love the designs of all the heels, but i just hope that there can be designs that can accomodate for wide feet. thank you so much :D

It can tell the team spent lots of efforts on the gorgeous shop design but too bad the customer service was terrible. The staff were either busy dusting or chatting among themselves. I went yesterday, looking forward to trying the shoes but the service just put me off.

Regretted not checking Google Maps earlier for reviews before making a purchase online. I paid $40 for heels that barely lasted 4 hours of walking, buckle broke, and I can't wear them anymore. Seriously? I've had better quality shoes from Taobao at a fraction of that price, that lasted at least 6 months. Very disappointed with my first (and last) purchase from this store.

I visited on last Mon (a PH) afternoon, and was served by Z. Despite being the only employee on duty and how the shop was swarmed with shoppers, Z still provided efficient and friendly customer service. She could actually smile even when there were children messing up the display shoes lol. She was also patient in explaining details after knowing it was my first purchase with Sunday Staples. So far, I'm loving the Willow Sliders. It is so easy to match with outfits and very very comfortable. Definitely going to try something else out of their wide range of designs soon. Was a bit taken aback by the poor reviews here. Hopefully my shoes will not spoil so soon ? Will be back to update if it does.

Low quality products with very poor service recovery. Bought my black pair of heels and less than 7-8 months in, the straps completely came apart. Was really upset because I really like the design of the shoes and had just spent money at the cobbler to fix the sole of the heel. Tried fixing the straps myself with glue but did not work. Sent an email to provide feedback and was thanked for it. Bought a second pair of cream heels; its been 7 months and I have worn it for less than 10 times, and the same issue has surfaced. Sent in another email to inform them that I am disappointed that this has happened not once but twice and was informed by Ariane that I can bring both pair of shoes down to the store to be fixed with glue. At this point, I have thrown away my black heels as I didn’t know it was an option to bring it down. When asked why this was not shared with me in my initial feedback, Ariane responded that she did not know that the shoes can be fixed. Am I suppose to accept the consequences due to your lack of knowledge? Also, if I had tried fixing the heels with glue and it didn’t work, I’m not sure what difference it would make to bring it down to the store. This is absolutely ridiculous.
