★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to pick up tons of kitchenware and sometimes u get a great price on some items. I searched for the French cristel set all over and was about to order from UK or US. I accidentally found it here and was also discounted! I didn't give it all 5 stars only because they were just too busy and not enough staff to help answer questions and find things for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Lodge Cast Iron Pan from Tott online. The pan was delivered with many rust spots (per my photos & videos). Contacted Tott for an exchange replacement, customer service asked me to refund & reorder again, or bring it to Suntec store for exchange.
I explained that I bought pan during 5.5 sale with special price, and also paid for shipping, they should send a replacement but Tott refused. I brought it to Suntec store today only to be told that there’s no stock of the pan, they will order it and I have to come again to Suntec to collect it, as they will not deliver! What a waste of my time, petrol & parking to make the effort. Disappointing, terrible shopping experience & poor customer service from Tott. Never shopping here ever again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressed with the service provided after I bought a gift for a friend at this location and discovered a few weeks later while wrapping the gift that is was chipped (liqueur glasses). The staff were happy to help, kept the replacement glass for me until I was able to pick it up, and wrapped it for safe transportation.
