Food is bad, service very rude. The lady owner is very proud that she won the Mummy beauty contest. Stop reminiscing & get down to real work to improve your food & service!

The carrot cake black is legit black. Burnt black. Can taste the charred from previous batch. Understand it is not practical to wash for every new batch, but can't u at least make an effort to scrap off the residual food before starting? Not recommended and will definitely not visit again.

It is best for folks to stay well away from all four of the Super Mummy stalls at Chinatown Complex Food Center. Not only do all the family members have the same massive attitude problem, the food is way overpriced for the stingy portions they give. Take for example the fish soup, usually prepared by the so called 'Super Mummy'. The actual amount of fish given is very very little, and they aren't actually fish slices at all. Rather what is given are small pieces of fish skin with some residue fish meat attached. And if you don't believe all the negative reviews, just visit the food center at lunch time. While their neighbors on the left and right are having brisk business with long queues, hardly any one is ordering from them. Their bad reputation is already well known among people who eat there regularly.

Bought drinks from here today. Due to the auntie don't know how scan the CDC voucher QR code, suddenly screamed at me "you also never do properly, how scan". ownself don't know how to do then come and blame me. I ok if she had asked instead she screamed as if it's my fault. No wonder all the bad reviews, really is bad temper. AVOID AT ALL COST.

RIP OFF! We ordered noodles ($8) and Fried Oyster ($10). The portion is miserable, what you normally get for $5 and $8 at other hawker center! My fried oyster is fried with full of flour, maybe 1 egg and 7 small oysters. My spouse told the owner the portion is too small for what they charged. They insisted this is the portion. Well, once and never again. ???

TLDR; ordered Teh Peng Siew Dai but received Teh O Peng & very rude lady shouted at us Told a (young-ish) lady that we actually wanted milk then she got defensive and angry. We did not ask her to re-do the drink and just wanted to add some milk in it, but she poured the original drink away angrily. I explained that we wanted Teh Peng Siew Dai. She said that Teh Peng Siew Dai does not exist and insisted that we were wrong to order that drink. Is this her first day selling local drinks? I’m not sure but I recommend her to read up on the various combination for self-betterment. Google is a good starting point. She was shouting and her exact words were “next time if don’t know how to order then don’t order”. This was targeted towards my partner who did not speak Mandarin. Well, needless to say, we have zero intention of ordering from her ever again. Also, we do not deserve such ethnocentric remarks from her. I would also recommend her to attend some anger management courses. All in all, the drink cost $2 (!!!) and I’m not sure if it is worth paying this amount for that attitude. Clearly a massive communication issue over an overpriced drink, that was further aggravated by her raised voice and confrontational words towards us. It was an unnecessary and unpleasant encounter. This will be the last time we patronise this stall.

DO NOT EVER buy drinks from the Super Mummy Cafe stall which is nearby the escalator! The auntie at the stall is super rude and full of ego… shouting at you like a dog and cursing you when trying to order a drink in a way that she is so stupid to understand. I think her operating licence should be suspended. The drinks are much more expensive than other stalls and there is really no need to spend your money here. Super embarrassing when I have a foreigner friend with me and witnessing how horrible the service level in SG is.
