★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered signature bowl at $4.80 and what I received is absolutely worth that price tag. The noodles were tossed with the sauce base in a bowl before being transferred to the serving bowl. In my amateur opinion, this additional step allows the army of sauce to march through the noodles from top to bottom.
Two meat balls and one fried wanton were included in the bowl and both were executed right. The soup has to be the most flavoursome bcm soup, try it to believe it. The taste of dried seafood punch into your taste sense right from the first sip (warning: some might find it too rich). The pork liver, mince and slices were all fresh and scalded to the right point.
Overall a very worthwhile meal. I'm a moderate eater in terms of quantity, and this meal fills me just right.
P.s. the chef do not rush his cooking, so do not expect a 30-second order delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the signature bowl at $4.80 at 830am on a Thursday morning. The noodles, sauce , fried onions , meat and all were super yummy though i added my own vinegar placed thoughtfully by chef at the side as I liked my noodles with lots of vinegar. Haven't tried original without own added vinegar but this first bowl i had was fabulous, along with tasty soup . Will definitely return to try the pork ribs noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe I came too early and the chef hasn't gotten into his rhythm.
Water wasn't hot enough.... So noodles came out mushy and had strong alkaline taste that the weak sauce couldn't mask over.
I think the excess water from the cooking pot also diluted the sauce....pity cos the chef seemed enthusiastic.
Ingredients were decent for $3.50 price.
