★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come to this building for classes and I always eat salad and steak from super simple. This building is horrendous during lunch crowd, good to download WAITRR app, preorder on app and collect 15 mins later. A breeze. U also get 3$ off the first order

Snaking queue so I decided to try super simple for the first time unfortunately will be the last as well . Taste great till I found a strand of hair , which look like armpit / pubic hair in my salad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw my colleague's salad has the thick strand of hair! I was put off, felt like throwing up immediately. I just stood up and threw away my salad box which I purchased from them as well. That day, we all decided to have salad for lunch. What a bad choice! Never ever we will be going here again. And the way we get replied for the complaint we have made, was super unprofessional. We do not want any refund either. Enough!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so attached to their steak, glazed carrots and grilled pineapple. I wasn’t into “salad” lunch box before as worried if boring taste. But this shops give me the whole new perspective of how healthy food can be that yummy for my lunch. Value for money for the taste and portion I could get. I tried also other items after I kept ordering the steak for fours days in a row Haha ?, I found out tofu was good too. But I am still very much attached to their steak as they handled perfectly - pinkish , soft inside and tasty ?. I noticed many already contributed photos below particularly for the steak one so I pass photo loading this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time trying Super Simple as my colleague and I wanted to look for a healthy meal within our office building. Utterly disappointed. Ordered chicken breast as my main protein as it's my usual go-to. First bite into the chicken and it felt weirdly springy/chewy - as opposed to the tenderness I usually tasted at other salad shops. Also, the chicken tasted 'frozen' to me if you know what I mean. Tasted gamey to be exact. To my dismay, I realised the chicken was actually raw?! This is unacceptable and something really quite serious. I hope I don't get food poisoning as I do feel a bit funny now. The honey soy dressing that I got was also excessively salty and didn't feel healthy at all. I'll just continue patronising the other salad shop located in Guoco Tower which hasn't disappointed me so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must admit, I am not a big fan of healthy food: defined by me as a dishes cooked in a healthy way and mixed by ourselves into a wholesome dish. However my experience here was pretty pleasant. I mentioned to the chef that this is the first time for me to this outlet and he recommended some dishes which will go together well. I had the salmon, the steak, the tomatoes, the cauliflower with a brown rice base. The salmon was amazingly fresh (yes, I saw the previous negative review I think they improved quite a bit) and the steak was pink inside just the way I like it. The staff garnished it with some salt and recommended the pesto sauce. It went perfectly together and I enjoyed it!
The staff was friendly and accommodating. I see this as a local ownership small-business where they put their personal touch to the dishes they make - have a chat with the chef he is very friendly! Recommendable for lunch.
