My place to go for my haircut. Been years there

I have been frequenting this store for the past 4-5 years since the start of university. Have been paying S$16 for each visit for a (hair cut+wash), i enjoyed the same rates even after I had started working (10+ months so i had went there for at least 8 times after they knew that I started work). However, my latest visit to Super Trim cost me S$26 dollars for the exact same services (cut + wash), the hair dresser just shared that they had upped their price but to my observation, the price that was still advertised on the glass door was still the same (Men cut hair - S$12, cut+wash - S$16). It is either that they have falsely advertise the price of their hair cut, or the hairdresser who had serviced me was lying. P.S.: Do note that they did not inform me of any increase in price when i entered, or ask me if i would like to use premium shampoo for the hair wash, or even said that the person cutting my hair was some award-winning professional. So where did additional S$10 come from? Also, the hair dresser was mildly coughing during duration of the haircut as well, it is an additional cause for worry...
