Patronized this branch twice so far and tried the service of Xue Jing (Junior stylist) during those 2 times, as I was looking for an affordable haircut. Her service and skills are very good and the end result is as per my request. For her availability, you might want to go to their website and check via making a booking function at Lot One.

I was attended by Crystal Yee, Master Stylist & Tech for color works and Jaxon for the most amazing head massage and hair wash. Both of them provided great customer service and were attentive throughout. I left KIMAGE @ Lot 1 , feeling lighter and impressed. Other thing was, how clean the salon felt and looked. Thank you KIMAGE!

Today went to Kimage (Lot one) for color and hair cut. I chose Ann Chin who is the master hairstylist there. I wanted to highlight my hair, but she recommended me below half bleach and top half do normal color. During bleaching she didn’t check the hair condition and even use heat on my hair. After washing all my bleach hair is fried and break into pieces. She told me SO SORRY and never offer anything and can claim my hair is good. In the end only give me discount for coloring only after spoil my hair until this stage that never will recover. She is definitely inexperienced and not up to being a master stylist. I hope the management will call me to settle this. My hair is totally ruin and it is still breaking! TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!

I went in with no expectations. No appointment made whatsoever but was welcomed by the team. Reception staff informed me of the only available stylist and their rates. It was a very transparent experience. There was no hard-selling of anything. Came out of the shop satisfied with my haircut and the overall experience. Would definitely go again. Thank you.

Crystal (Lot1) is great! I have been with her for 15 years here for my colour and perming. She is thoughtful and careful, she doesn't whip through the time. Crystal is fantastic and saved my hair who someone else totally ruined. I did not even have to cut too much of it and still able to maintain the length. She is an absolute professional and takes care of everything 100%. Her colouring technique is amazing. She is able to correct and transform my hair beautifully.

ULTRA SLOW service with hairstylist disappearing halfway ??? I have been there a total of 5-6 times with the same stylist and this is one of the two times I have done a treatment (see proof of purchase). IT TOOK 3 WHOLE HOURS. I booked my appointment at 11am earliest slot but I left the salon at 2pm. This is only for a treatment, I cannot imagine how long it will take for rebond or anything else. This is really INEFFICIENT. Why so slow? 1) the stylist will be handling more than one customer at a time 2) no other stylist available to "lend a hand". While I think it is reasonable to maximise your sales and split yourself into 2, I don't think it is ethical to make your customer sit there for so long with no one to attend to. I wasted one hour waiting with my hair half done, while the junior stylist has already handled two customers. Prior to confirming the service I want, I made sure she is aware I have a lunch appointment at 2pm. No apology after making me wait, still got time to make me sit there for her to take photo for social media. Can I advice the organisation to make an effort to track the time the customer enter and leave the salon, and train hairstylists at CCK with better service spirit?? I think that can motivate hairstylists better?? Be prepared to spend 3-5hrs for a treatment or rebond etc. Also be prepared to let other stylist handle your hair whether you like it or not. I rate a pass coz my hair is still reasonably okay...but not worth the time la unless you auntie or what got whole day free.
