★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of empathy from Emily who prioritises money than her customer's welfare. Do not book the dance hall.
Sound system is old and problematic, creating lots of sound distortions.
Studio operates beyond the Malls operating hours, does not have inbuilt aircon and becomes extremely stuffy and hot after 930pm without a fan.
They only tell you the inconveniences and problems after you've paid.
