I was attended to by Thomas for fabrication of quartz top for kitchen and bathrooms. Sought advice in the early stages of renovation and Thomas patiently provided advice and quote. Eventually we decided to choose them because of their competitive pricing. Unfortunately, on-site measurement was delayed by our other contractors. Thomas patiently rescheduled another timing for us to measure the requirements for our quartz top. Our carpenters and plumbers did a bad job for us resulting in ugly drill holes in our bathroom wall. The main contractor did not want to replace our wall tiles for us. Fortunately, we worked out a solution with Thomas to use higher backsplash to cover up the holes in the wall. This extra service was provided to us at no cost as we can still utilize remnant material from table top to fabricate the backsplash instead of using standard backsplash. Effectively, Thomas helped to solve the issues created by my main con, carpenters and plumbers. On installation day, there is a hiccup when we discovered the kitchen piece has a bigger than desired opening, resulting in the hob not able to be fitted in. I thought the team will shirk their responsibility and find excuses for me to just accept the flawed top and close the job. No nonsense from them. They immediately said they will bring back the flawed piece and fabricate a new top for me in 2 days. So, 2 days later, they fulfilled their promise and we are happy customers.

Really highly recommend Mervyn and his team - extremely professional and thorough in removing the old sink. They installed a new kitchen sink and took extreme care in removing any old residue and trimming a small section of the counter to ensure new sink fit properly.
