I strongly recommend the therapy services here at ImPossible if you are facing mental health concerns, relationship problems or even just wanting to understand yourself better. Before I came here, I thought that my daily struggles were not serious enough to warrant therapy. I am extremely thankful to Haikal, the senior clinical psychologist, who helped me realise that therapy is not just for people in dire straits; it is valuable for anyone who wishes to improve themselves and lead a happier and more fulfilled life. I had a wonderfully enlightening experience with Julie and Janna who helped me with my struggles with motivation and finding meaning in life. My therapists were exceptionally caring and professional, and understood me even when other people didn't. This was a safe space for me to open up about my innermost thoughts and feelings without feeling judged. They taught me to see situations from alternative perspectives, and guided me with numerous techniques to manage my anxiety and support me to make positive changes in my life. Through my sessions here, I discovered so much more about myself and completely changed my perception of myself and my life outlook. I am eternally grateful to have met these excellent therapists who are both skilled at therapy and have a genuine heart to help me get better. Taking the big leap to come to ImPossible was truly one of the best decisions in my life.

Giving them 5 stars review is still underrated. It was a time I was going through a depression and I didn't want to consult anyone for help. I wanted to figure things out by myself so I could then stand on my own feet. But through a friend's recommendation, I looked up 'therapy services' and came across 'ImPossible Psychological Services'. Although very hesitant, I still pushed myself for the first step, the first move. I was assigned to Bhavani and over the course of time, she did the following: 1. Assisted me to talk out about the pain I was undergoing. 2. Taught me about how I can better handle this depression. 3. Helped me to be a better person than I was before. She was extremely calm and composed. There were many times I realized that she would study about my circumstances outside of our therapy sessions. Seeing the way she pointed out some of the things that I was doing right and the things that I could maybe change, one could tell she did her research about me very thoroughly. And this is what a professional will do. I am extremely thankful for her and for her institution for giving me a hand of help and a sign of hope :) I learnt that 'therapy' is something everyone should do once in a while to get a better understanding of themselves from a third-person's non-judgemental perspective. It's a kind of help that has its own place besides the help that we could receive from our friends and family.

I did a psychology internship here for 3 months and it was a pleasant and insightful journey! The work environment was conducive and my colleagues, Julie, Janna and Danica were very friendly and helpful. My supervisor, Haikal, was also very understanding and open to getting me involved in the ways which I could. I feel that I have picked up different valuable skills through this experience. I’m also very pleased to have been a part of the monthly team meetings which were often experiential and reflective, allowing us to apply these lessons into our own work. Overall, the team of psychologists at ImPossible has great synergy and they’re passionate about the work that they do. I truly enjoyed being a part of the team during my internship here :) if you’re interested in doing an internship at a clinic, I’d highly recommend applying to ImPossible!

I highly recommend the therapy services at ImPossible Psychological Services! Many of us minimise our life struggles, believing that therapy is not necessary as long as we are still getting by. However, the therapists here have taught me that anyone can seek help, regardless of the difficulties they are facing. The senior clinical psychologist, Haikal, and counsellor, Julie, have helped me to understand my own emotions and natural responses to negative life events. I now realise how my coping responses may sometimes be maladaptive. With their empathetic guidance, I have learnt to be kinder to myself, and have also adopted more effective coping strategies when I encounter struggles in my daily life. I hope that many others come to understand the importance of mental health, and I strongly believe that anyone can benefit from seeking therapy at ImPossible.

After a number of years in the teaching service in Singapore, I decided 3 years ago that I would become a counsellor. The teaching service has sharpened my strengths and now, I want to walk into the wider community. ImPossible Psychological Services 'picked me up' at a time when I was looking for an internship venue. Haikal, the founder, was kind and approachable and he agreed readily to let me be a supervised counsellor in his company. Haikal guided me patiently in counselling approaches and techniques and also allowed me ample space and time to adjust to my new counselling journey. My experience here was also enriched by all the interns, counsellors and psychologists. The family-like environment here was amazing and this made my first steps in counselling all the more assuring and fulfilling. As I concluded my foundation here, I look forward to enhance my counselling skills in the wider community. I will always be grateful to Haikal and the wonderful colleagues for the opportunities at ImPossible Psychological Services!

Professional and reliable. Contacted ImPossible earlier this year for an urgent assessment for my daughter. They were responsive and managed to book an appointment for the day after. My daughter was seen by Haikel. He managed to prepare the report despite the short time frame for it to be submitted. My daughter also felt understood in the session and learnt helpful strategies to manage her emotions.

I highly recommend the therapy services at Impossible if you are facing any relationship issues, mental health concerns or if you simply want to gain a better understanding of yourself. Before coming to Impossible, I thought I wouldn’t require any therapy services since I didn’t face any distressing situations. However, I decided to take a leap of faith. I really enjoyed sessions here and I got to learn so much about myself. I am extremely thankful to Haikal, the senior clinical psychologist, for being so patient in explaining the different concepts and helping me gain a clearer perspective of my life. The team at Impossible is always so welcoming and encouraging. I was always greeted with smiles when I stepped into the practice. They never fail to answer any of my queries and would even go the extra mile to ensure that I am doing okay if I haven’t gone for therapy for some time. Once again, I would like to thank everyone at Impossible for being so passionate at their work. Their genuine care and support for me definitely allowed me to grow and achieve things I never thought was possible!

Pleasant experience. Haikal has the natural ability to put people at ease and display good listening skills. Felt assured and safe interacting with him. He is also very professional and able to explain difficult concept in simple and understandable way. Able to provide different perspectives to issues and thus helps one to reflect. Suggestions and interventions given are also practical and achievable; addressing the root of issue. Five stars. Will recommend to friends as well.
