Such great tasting cake. Ordered their hazel nuttiness. Really followed my design request and delivered better than expected. Very prompt to response and accomodating.

I ordered one customized cake for my friend's birthday and the final product was such a piece of art. We all loved it and it totally exceeded my expectations, especially given the tight timeline. And the cake tastes not bad at all. I would thank the team so much and thank Jasmin for the delightful and insightful discussion. Highly recommended to everyone.

Shout out to Jasmin who made everything possible in a short turn around time. Requested for a cake with pretty specific details and everything was met. As an anime fan, I was looking for a cake shop to craft my custom birthday cake based on the Madoka Magica anime series and went with Susucre. Thankfully, I decided to trust my gut and ignore the other reviews as Susucre surpassed all expectations. Not only was it exactly what I asked for, they went above and beyond, making the orbs and panel lines on the shield pop out, using candy beads to recreate the gems and adding metallic luster dust to the fondant. To top it off, the cake was delicious! The raspberry flavor went together with the chocolate very nicely and wasn't too overpowering. The cake went over great with my guests and I have received a ton of comments on both YouTube and Facebook on the cake. I have since posted pictures of my cake to Reddit and it has garnered nothing but awe. One of the users mentioned that it looked "like a 3D render" and another said that it looks so good that "even non-anime fans would appreciate it". I feel so bad for cutting it and eating it because it looks so good. As a fan, I honestly want to have this on display in my collection permanently. I mean, from the top, doesn't it look like a replica/cosplay prop? This is the first time in my life where I'm confronted with a situation where can't have my cake and eat it... literally. All in all, thank you for making my birthday just that much more special! I will definitely return next year for another cake if I can come up with a design worthy of being brought to life by these guys.

Extremely bad experience!! You can’t trust what you see on their website or social media platforms. Poor attention to details and unprofessional service standards. Requested for a Harley Davidson themed cake and was told to send photo examples so that their bakers could just follow. Details were discussed over whatsapp with a lady, Jasmin, who seemed prompt in her replies but eventually failed to convey our discussion to her team without mistakes, which is clearly a sign of poor attention to detail. She claimed to have “instructed” someone to draft the contract according to our discussion, but I had to point out obvious mistakes like orange base fondant colour (really hard to get this wrong with the photo examples all showing black base fondant) and collection method (I specifically said self-collect but $35 delivery charge was added to the invoice). The real nightmare came 2 weeks later, after I picked up the cake. The cake looked like it was put together by a child with so many laughable errors including spelling! The flames were nothing like I discussed with Jasmin. No gradient and it only covered half of the single-tiered cake. I’m guessing cause all she mentioned in the contract was “vibrant colours” and I’m not surprised if the baker misinterpreted my request. When I questioned about the missing Harley Davidson logo, Jasmin was quick to claim that I did not highlight in the contract even though it was clearly mentioned to her in WhatsApp (refer to screenshot). I mean what’s the point of a Harley Davidson cake if it’s without the iconic logo???? In fact every cake photo sample I sent had the Harley Davidson logo, so I’m not sure how that got lost in translation or what’s the whole point of sending sample pictures and having discussions prior. Unfortunately, a spelling error was not something they could runaway with, so they had to take the cake back about 2.5 hour before my party started and tried to add the gradient of the flames with horrible yellow and red swirl patches that looked like a kindergarten art project. There were even traces of “white powder” left all over the cake. As predicted when I gave Jasmin my feedback, she was quick to respond defensively with the “I have to say though that you checked the cake when you came the the shop and the staff member asked if you were ok with it and you said yes” kind of reply. But trust me, anyone who receive a screwed up cake few hours before their party would have no choice but to accept it or risk going to a party with no cake. Point is, for them to stoop this low to blame the customer for mistakes that were clearly theirs, is really pathetic. Unfortunately, this totally ruined my mood for the party and the weeks after, which is why I feel the need to share my case and all the necessary photos to warn any future customers who wish to take the risk and order from Susucre. Absolute disappointment.

Annina and the team crafted us the loveliest three tiered wedding cake, pulling together our chosen colour theme and flowers in such an elegant and artistic way. We had both hand-painted watercolour flowers, and utterly life-like ones sculpted out of fondant on our cake, which looked utterly spectacular. Working with them was a breeze, and the cake arrived in perfect condition at the time we specified.

It’s my 3rd time ordering customised birthday cakes from them. Not only the taste of the cake is fantastic, the designs are really innovative and creative!! Very friendly and patient staff !! :)

Susucre accepted a 3-tiered wedding cake order with a VERY tight timeline. The service was stellar and Jasmin patiently answered our many questions. We loved the outcome (my hurried photo doesn’t do it justice) plus the lemon lavender cake was delish!
