β β β β β I am a frequent buyer at your store at Bendemeer to buy some of my favourite buns and your cashier warn me it's the last time that they will collect 5 cents coins, I only use up 2 of 5 cents and not 10 or 20 5 cents. May I know is this your company policy or the government policy ?
Seen others review it must be the same lady auntie cashier .

β β β β β Just above average bakery standards if you not fussy. One time,I happened to rush ? dropped the pasty but cashier did not make me pay. That is a relief and I am grateful for that gesture so I give them full marks.

β β β β β I frequently buy a pcs of chicken pie at bakers talent @ bendemeer, yesterday morning (6/6/22), when I ate it at home,found that the price of S$1.40, though no increase, but the chicken inside the pie has been reduced to NOT EVEN WITH CORN INSIDE. This is typical outright illegal profiteering

Real serious attitude problem and behave as if she is a lady boss what a joke!
You are being paid to work, not gossiping and serve your customers in a rude manner!
Seems like many people are complaining on bad customer service esp. from this branch.

Being a regular customer for years, but because of your poorly trained staff, I will stop patronizing your store.

β β β β β Had bought their Korean garlic cheese bread bun for a friend and she liked it a lot. So we wanted to go back this time to get 12 of it. Since it was a large amount, I called in to order and the staff kindly booked 12 of them for me. So satisfying, generous amount of garlic and cream cheese, tastes awesome. Honestly, amazing quality for its price (SGD1.60 for 1, SGD3 for 2). This would be our go to place to get our dose of Korean garlic cheese bread bun! Pic below is a flattened version bcos I accidentally flattened it. But the actual is puffy like the usual buns. Give this shop a try!
