Happy customer! Been going to Svenson IB for about 4 years. The consultants and therapists are so passionate and knowledgeable about hair. The therapists are polite, well trained, professional, have good technique and service oriented. They even talk to me about nutrition, and educate me on keeping a healthy lifestyle and it’s effect on healthy hair. I have tried out the Hair Fillers, Stem Plus Therapy and FGA 55. I love the Hair Fillers best! I have been using the Balance and Defence Shampoo and Stemplus on-the-grow at home - these products are priced reasonably and most important of all, I have seen results! They are also paraben free and easy on my hair. Masks are worn at all times, and I like how the therapists wear face shields when they service me. The staff also make it a point to safe distance and overall, the place is very clean. Special shout out to both Renee and Lynn for making me feel welcomed all the time. They are professional, attentive to my needs and have never tried to hard sell. Will 10/10 recommend this to my friends.

I would like to compliment Lynn and Winnie at Svenson International Building as they are always ready to lend you their ears when it comes to choosing of the treatment packages. The therapists are very meticulous and would always offer their professional advices on the maintenance of my hair. Been to this center for past 8 years . The hair treatments here are good and service excellent. The best therapist is May and best consultant is Lynn. Both of them are caring and do their best for their customers making me feel happy . Recommend anyone to come here to look for both of them .

Svenson has done wonders for me! I inherited “male-pattern-baldness” genes from both sides of my family. At a relatively young age of 26, I started to experience a double whammy of both receding hairline and thinning hair all around, especially at the crown area. Thankfully, Svenson found me! From even before my very first treatment, the expert consultants at Svenson spent a great deal of time and effort on problem-hunting, through high technology tools that gave me a detailed picture of my scalp – hair thickness, follicles per root, extent of dirty pores. Only after we had solved the problem did we start to talk about the treatment that was correct for my scalp. Never once did they hard-sell their products to me, and it is always a pleasure and easy to renew the treatments and schedule the weekly sessions. The therapists that have been taking care of my scalp for the past 5 years have also been excellent. Based on my experience, they have extremely low turnover, and their therapists are very experienced. They always take the extra-effort and go the extra mile to make sure that you are comfortable - before, during and after the treatment. I appreciate that they are gentle with your hair always, knowing that every strand matters. Chief Trichologist Kim makes it a point to check-in every few sessions. Our conversations always extend to hair-care tips outside of Svenson treatment centres, as well as check-ins on my personal life. I also see her looking at my treatment cards, and then looking at my scalp, to make sure that the treatment is appropriate for the state of my scalp. Sometimes, I see her using her expert knowledge to change some parts of the treatment to maximise its efficacy. In the past 1.5 years of COVID, Svenson has been very accommodating in allowing me to reschedule my treatments and rollover my treatments, even though it comes at huge financial cost to them. In addition, I have seen the countless measures they have taken to make sure that the premises are COVID-safe. For instance, I miss the cups of coffee or tea they used to provide at the start of treatments, which they have since stopped to minimise common touchpoints. They have also made it a point to ensure that our waiting time is minimised. This often manifests in calls that remind me of my appointment, and reminder calls if I am more than 5 minutes late! In addition, while the premises have always been pristine and clean, I have found them to be clinically sanitised during COVID times. They also use high-quality KN-95 masks to ensure my safety. Lastly, they really have gone the extra mile – they even prepare plastic covers for the chair where our hair is washed. Amazingly, I have not seen my treatment costs rise, so I would like to thank them for bearing these additional costs. Thanks Svenson for saving my hair. Please continue to do so.

All the staff from reception to service are super polite, even though they are very busy, they will also make adjustment for appointment changes to suit our timing. They are very professional and dedicated to their duties. Each stylist hair dresser has their own unique way to service us to the best. And all the staff are very cooperative. They will also send reminder promptly. And they respond to my whatsapp during and off office hours if there is a need to.
