She is experienced and knowledgeable, also attentive in following up with the progress after treatment and will provide valuable advice accordingly. Will highly recommend Papilla Haircare and Calvy for those with hair/scalp issues.

β β β β β Started Papilla treatments 2 months ago with Kai and have seen improvement in my hair. Kai is very experienced and meticulous in dealing with hair problems. He takes his time to make sure every step is done right. He's also very friendly and chirpy. Overall, great experience and very friendly staff in the salon! Highly recommend!

β β β β β Have patronised Papilla for the past few months. A big thank you to Kai for his professionalism and friendliness. A very patient stylist who always put himself into customerβs shoes. He will try his best to understand client pain points before recommending the right solution. SEP and RF which are the tailor-made treatment given by Kai was really impressive and I started to observe positive outcome after several weeks of treatment. I also had great experience with Allan who is very attentive and caring person, he never failed to offer a drink or snack to me and by husband for every single visit .Highly recommended saloon for anyone who demanding for exceptional service and hair treatment advice.

β β β β β Papilla Haircare service is considered the most effective treatment for hair thinning and hair loss. In early days, I have tried many other hair care services such as Beijing101, Bee Choo and Luxe Scalp Specialist treatment before but result is just normal. I intended to consider hair transplant if my condition is getting worsen but fortunately I chosen Papilla. I went through 3 months of treatments for every week and still on going, my hair has significantly become thicker and visible of many baby hair growing.
Special thanks to the Staffs (Amelia and Sieny) who attended to me are very professional, attentive and friendly during the course of my treatments.
I am very pleased with the result and I highly recommend to people who has hair loss symptoms. Do note that this treatment does not come cheap but when your hair condition is healthy then you can just opt for maintenance every 1 month which is more affordable.

β β β β β It can be quite daunting to commit to a treatment package, especially if it is your first time seeking treatment. My first consultation with Kai was extremely informative, he explained the way the treatments worked and what to expect. The staff there have always been friendly and approachable and I learn something new at each appointment. Although the treatments are pricey, I have seen real results with my female pattern hairloss so I cannot complain. Overall very happy with my experience at Papilla Haircare!
