β β β β β The trees are dying, near the water structure. The front glass doors at 1st floor get shut down when it rains. The lifts are fast though. Nice.

β β β β β The placement of the building has disturbed the road linkage and the pedestrians have to cross, twice thrice to go ahead. Although it gives house to numerous companies, it does have affected the flow of traffic more than a certain level.

β β β β β One of those old buildings that host many offices. Can see by the 3rd floor that it is really old but surprisingly maintained ok. The toilets have a very unpleasant odour - don't know it's because of the people not using it right or the plumbing or not clean often enough.

β β β β β Very nice and well maintained office building. Worked here for 6months. Foodcourt in the basement is well maintained and affordable. Fast food restaurants such as KFC and Pizzahut is also available for the quick lunch. There is a convenience store located in the basement too.
