β β β β β The place, food, owner couple, other people here everything is homely. You don't feel you have come to a commercial restaurant that sells food, just because of the rare hospitality you experience.
Mr.Nakshatri, the owner, himself is the main chef here and the man behind healthy, delicious, authentic and many a time very special local dishes of Dakshina Kannada dist. Of Karnataka. Well, he comes from Udupi and a very staunch vegetarian himself.
It is everything about Indian vegetarian as the name says, south Indian, Marathi, Gujarati, north Indian alike, everything at its best authentic taste, prepared with quality ingredients, less oil and a lot of care and love.
SWAGAT for welcome!!

β β β β β The food is scrumptious and mouth watering. They have exclusive deals such as their buffets and discounts. Their food is authentic Karnataka cuisine especially coastal Karnataka. They change their menus every Saturday and their food is fresh and hot.It is also a pure vegetarian restaurant.
However, their hygiene can be improved as they have a packing station nearby us.
I recommend the methi parata and paneer.
They also do deliveries.
Overall, an amazing place which I definitely recommend.

β β β β β Today's breakfast in Swagat....we tasted Jackfruit Idly, dry Gobi Manchurian (so crispyyyy) hayagriva (a traditional sweet), Aloo prata...It was so yummy n mouthwatering...Must taste foods...Typical Indian homestyle vegetarian food..Saturdays they were busy in packing their orders for home delivery.....I luved it ??

β β β β β We discovered this hidden gem today and what a pleasant surprise it was. The west coast area of Singapore doesnβt have as many quality South Indian restaurants as I would like and traveling all the way to Little India was getting to be a chore. Swagat solved that issue for me and my family with its piping hot food with great quality and affordable prices. Maybe itβs the time we went at 9 am today that everything was super nice and fresh but something tells me that it should be good all around. They have special menu for certain days as well.
