Preorder yusheng 12 days in advance, and the customer service mentioned there is no need to call to collect. So I went down to the jurong point outlet and waited for 30mins for yusheng and there were not much delivery orders or customers in the store at all. What is the point of preorder when the customer has to wait so long?
Best of all, one of the yushengs I ordered, came without seasoning. I complaint to the headquarters and they simply ignore the complain.

β β β β β Recently just had my son's 21st birthday party at Swensens Plaza Singapura. I want to thank Elaine and team for their good service and efforts in making the party a successful one. All the food were prepared beforehand and were served when our guests came.One small hiccup was that a salad that we ordered was served late together with the dessert.Overall was happy with the service and food.
