β β β β β Decent place to get a loan. Didnt expect to get a high amount, staff was friendly and explained carefully on the details. Was understanding when come to late payment, more importantly dont evade calls from your borrower.

β β β β β They gave sweet promises on the phone saying able to offer monthly instalment plan for a loan. However, when drop by office they offered weekly instead. Debt collector act like ah long..kept calling and texting for payment! When people have no $ how to pay? So at times we pay what we have..but still pay so accept it and deduct accordingly. Do not have to be so aggresive n vulgar with words!!! This will be my 1st and last being a custome here!

β β β β β When you enter their office, you will smell someone who just smoked. The china guy who I spoken with was busy playing with his phone and talked very rude. I donβt feel comfortable applying loan from this Swift Credit as they sound and act like a loan shark!

β β β β β Gave them a called regarding current situation why there's a delay in payment due to some unforeseen issue, even informed them that a police report has been made....they even told me they don't care whether police report has been made they just want back their money......are they legal money lender or loan shark?

β β β β β not helpful and wasting time. i already enquired and call before hand, telling the situation that i need monthly loan , not weekly. at first say amount too big. so i just say if smaller, is still ok as maybe i first time customer there. so i already inform that i had many money lenders outside but all weekly. so, with this info and my name, if cannot just say cannot. why ask people come down when u say maybe start with 1k loh. so i go down, even after checking with others money lenders about my records, which is always prompt still say cannot. 1) if even check that records is good still cannot why check? 2) if cannot monthly just say so during the phone call. Waste of time

β β β β β I highly recommend this company....they are professional, friendly & good advisor (can ask for advise on how many can loan, even though got outside loan). Benz (collecter) & Jasmine giving good customer services. Not forgetting Ray. Thank you for the fast & smooth reloan done for me.
