Bought my favourite mala cuttlefish and was utterly disappointed. It's totally different from how it was before. The flavour and spice is so much lesser now compared to before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price are too expensive...portioning is little ..i order 4 pcs of lotus root 5pcs of broccoli stalk slice 7pcs of chicken feet 1 small scoop of pig ears thin slice ..n they charge me $31 Boonlay mrt branch ....is shockingly rediculous ...i will not recommend n not buy there anymore.!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited since 10am, however upon reaching, it wasn’t open. Then why is the opening hours 10am when it isn’t. Are you trying to deceive customers? This is not right. I really love juewei. However this kind of service disappoint me. Please contact me if you require the photos of proof. As they don't allow me to upload photo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered on Grab. The shop was shown open but in reality nobody was in the shop and the door was locked. The Grab driver called the shop and nobody answered the phone. I cannot cancel the order die to Grab restriction and the poor driver also cannot get his job done. Close the shop on App if nobody is around, or otherwise show up at work!!
