★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since I having problem this renovation interior design unreliable, negligent, unprofessional and wholly incompetent also delays and defects in the work, which included the installation of cabinets and bedroom door. The tiles alignment gap poor workmanship since I feedback a lot time and never follow up the progress renovation detail. owner must every week chase the progress the carpenter and plumber when can be completed since they drag almost 4 month for renovation a 4 room flat. The interior design owner call Nigel arrogant, rude and unpolite. Told houses owner they not will to hacking the tiles to redo the issue so they propose they will hacking all living tiles then refund money to house owner.
