★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no customer service attitude in this place. the price structure is over the roof with many different price structure. With many WFH now, it is difficult to fit into their pricing structure. Nevermind about that, when I told them if they are not interested in my business(been using them to courier to my auditor for some years now) I shall approach other courier companies.....she just mumbled some words and put the phone down. Very unprofessional and rude. Anyway, I managed to get Ixpress, $5 cheaper than them and with the same day express, swiftlink quoted me $33 and ixpress only $8.....see the diff?
