T	T “彬泽民” B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest surviving stall from the old teochew market beside daimaru they are still making pork jelly, which is very rare these days, brings back memory of my grandma making them when i was very young this stall used to sell wild boar meat too! but no longer sell them due to local regulation i suppose the braise they used haven't change, still as authentic, still as delicious

This kway chap suits those who like it a little lighter and less greasy, but the braised sauce itself is nothing special. The taste is average but the price was a little shocking. An aunt sitting beside me even asked me, ho jiak meh? Then she told me Ah Heng which is in front is way better and I agree.
A	Alex Leung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kway chap and the meat had absorbed all the flavorful braised sauces. Very traditional and classic taste as if made by your grand parents. The pork trotter jelly is a must try, it is not so common is in this generation and doubt you can find this anywhere else.
