Awesome selection of meat. Nicely marinated skewers which is a must have for every cookout! Great taste comes with premium pricing though.

Their Christmas online shopping is really uncoordinated. I was just on my way to pick up a cheese platter my friend had ordered online when my mom called to tell me that they completely forgot my aunt's order, which so happened to be the same day I was collecting mine. I was sure my mom was just exaggerating, until I arrived at Swiss Butchery Tanglin and they told me I was at the wrong branch. I showed them the email, which clearly stated that pickup was at the Tanglin branch, and they started freaking out, calling the Holland Village branch. The lady on the phone said to wait 20 minutes. Any other time, this would be okay, but we had hot Christmas food in the car for our party and our party was due to start in half an hour. We said okay, because what choice did we have? We waited 20 minutes, went up to the counter again, then the lady on the phone said another 5 minutes. By this time, we have had it. We said, if by 5 minutes, we are not getting our cheese platter, we will have to cancel our order because we have hot food sweating in the car. After 5 minutes, the lady behind the counter was going to assist with our refund when the delivery guy shows up with the saddest looking cheese platter ever. We took it and rushed off to our party. We still received a refund in the end, even though we received the product. This was all soooo unfortunate because my family and I had already ordered our own Christmas food from them to be delivered the day after. I think the previous day and all their messed up orders freaked the Swiss Butchery team out because they arrived half an hour before our chosen time slot. Kudos to them for trying to solve previous issues. But the food we ordered was tremendously subpar. The truffle ham didn't have any truffle taste at all; the cooked prawns didn't taste very fresh; and the roasted pork was just awful. Only the lamb shanks were of decent quality. I'm giving it three stars though, because I have ordered Australian Wagyu ribeyes from Swiss Butchery once before and they were fantastic.

Service was excellent. The butcher was friendly and helpful. Price of beef was reasonable. I would shop again in this place when I need to buy my beef steak again.

Great cuts, nicely marinated meats and delicious skewers for BBQs and the service is always professional and excellent. If you don't know what you need, they will help you and it's always spot-on going to satisfy your cravings. Also sells pre-packed meats and sausages as well as condiments from Europe such as mustards and curry ketchup. Love this place but you really gotta pay the price for it... So not our go-to for every occasion.

They had expired items stocked. Picked one up without checking the date and later that day found out it was a few days out of date. Tried calling and using their website but could not contact them.

Good location, decent range of products. Really love their frozen foods and fresh meats.

Great selection of meat, organic produce and vegetables with a friendly Indian butcherhelping is cut a Kalbi portion of beef. Price is similar to most western butchery. Their fruits recently look like it's been left aside for a while.. while their meat prices are sky high, their vegetable produce are priced superbly well, probably due to their low sales recently..
