★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have finally succeeded in making a healthy sourdough starter. Using tap water must have had a negative effect on the yeast cultures possibly because of the chlorine.
After 10 days of feeding my starter with Swisspro filtered water it's alive and happy. And so am I!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming back after a long haul flight, we are all concerned about hotel allocation for SHN...I was lucky to arrive at The Fairmont. Upon check-in , I was impressed with the view from my balcony. But what impressed me more was the Swisspro water filtration system. My initial thoughts : filtered ice water...but wait, it is built-in with both hot & cold water options. How convenient. Best part of it all, it is very sustainable, zero wastage on consumption and very sustainable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeslin was very proud of the Swisspro products and explained all the products thoroughly and yet was not pushy to sell.
Great experience and superb customer service. I went with a 2-yr old child and parents will know viewing products with a kid is never easy but Jeslin made it comfortable for us.
Update: I bought it. Have to say it looks sleek and loving the ease of use and that it doesn't take up any space on my countertop. 5 stars ?
