Kemp Singapore - 10 Anson Rd

Been using the Alkaline Water machine since 2012. And was told today that their SPA Shower Head Filter no longer produced. One of their staff suggest to buy the whole shower head....but what's the point to buy the whole thing that cost close to $200 but do not have the filter. And worst, she reply very rudely that it's just a suggestion, I could don't buy.

Bought a tap divertor from them recently to change with an old one that served me well for few years. It's a part that diverts water from the tap into the alkaline water filter. After only few uses, screw went loose and the thing broke. Had to tighten the screw almost every day before it fell into the drain and went missing. Basically this screw that holds the divertor's handle keept unscrewing and the handle kept falling down with the screw. Unfortunately the company would not take responsibility for defected or bad quality products they sell and won't be willing to replace nor supply part for repair. The price was not cheap at all - almost 60 S$ While online it can be found for 10-15 S$ This was their reply for my complaint: "Hi Sir, We can't provide you with the rubber cap and the screw as it comes in a set with the tap divertor. But after speaking to my boss on this, we are willing to give you a 50% off if you purchase a new tap divertor from our showroom. We can't do a 1 to 1 exchange as you purchased the divertor on 6th Sep and our exchange policy is within 7 days. Regards Kemp Singapore" Quite disappointing I must say that this is the service given by a Singaporean company. I suggest to consider well before using their services and products.

Bought item 2 years ago, so far service twice, the parts are not durable and advise to ask for replacement of patd before warranty expired! I was charged 35 for transportation and 115 for the spare part ehich is the valve. Mistake made is i realised my item was spoilt in Nov 17 and warranty expired in sept 17 and now then requested for their service. Tried explain to them and request fo r waiver of part of the fees...after much deliberation by the sales staff only discounted 20 dollars.. So lesson product is GOOD but NOT DURABLE!

The experience dealing with Kemp Singapore was great, from the clear explanation of the water ionizer to the actual installation. :)

Service guy supposed to come but didn’t turn up. No call from Kemp trading so far even though 3 days have passed. Tried to call them but diverted to voice mail. Disappointing. Filter is $200 now. It’s really on the high side.

I think Kemp has priced themselves out of the market!! Wanted to buy a replacement filter and was quoted S$180!!! A quick Google and found good Korean made OEM replacement filters for a third of the price!!! S$66 on Q0010 and on on eBay. Original ones selling at S$105 elsewhere too...
