★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Fast replies. No comments about the mechanic. Overhaul of standard original specs twice which lasted less than 1 year. Mechanic did not advice accordingly nor take initiative to rectify mechanical issues example usage of original carb instead of aftermarket. Its not about the cost if outcome and product is longlasting and satisfying. Last overhaul cost me more than 1K. A big LOL to that because all my friends laughed at me. I hope and believe they can improve their workmanship, price and quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst kind of experience here at this shop. Ridiculously overpriced and rude chinese mechanic over there. Mechanic talk more than the work he do and dare to insult us customer. Boss does not seem to control his own mechanic well.
worksmanship from the chinese mechanic was amazingly lousy and overtighten most of my screws and bolt. Not sure is he really suitable for repairing other people's bike.
do be careful and maybe opt for others to do your bike instead of him, or better still alot other better priced and good worksmanship shop in E9 rather than needing to face rude, poor worksmanship mechanic with no knowledge about bikes and likes to only talk big.
Jokester shop this must be with a joker mechanic over there working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here before . My bike was loosing power and having backfire. They claimed that my cdi was having problem so i changed and my bike still having the same problem they told me X1r bike very hard to fix if got problem LOL. I went to johor and they only tighten my rectifier . 5rm only! Moral of the story is since JB is already open you guys should go to there instead.. cheap and reliable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too sure where to start as I find that this shop as a whole is very unprofessional, have poor workmanship and not trustworthy at all.
While waiting for them to fix a part on my bike, they went on to stop in the middle of the whole thing and went to eat, making me wait a little longer than I should have. I would appreciate a heads up but nothing at all, it was as though I wasn't there.
After all that, they then told me that there were some stuff that they couldn't help me fix and still proceed to charge me an unreasonable price and quote it as "Workmanship". Tried to compare the pricing on this shop and I found that I had to pay 4x more than what other workshops are charging.
Also found out from a friend that they sent their bike at this workshop only to have had his braking system damaged. Very poor experience, not recommended.
