William, the boss is responsive in handling queries, & as a 1st time biker, he is willing to share his knowledge and advice. Amin, the mechanic is skillful & does not rush his job. The overall experience is good & will definitely go back for next servicing.
f	fat cat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oldest mechanic there is experienced and managed to identify the problem immediately by hearing the sound, goes into details when explaining. The boss was quite friendly, patient and knowledgeable too but he told me to change my clutch plate because of a certain sound. Long story short, didn’t resolve the sound, what a waste of $180… I would suggest coming with an experienced rider. Turns out it was just the chain that needs tightening when I brought it to another shop - which fixed the sound. New balancer not properly installed which fell off on the road, just glad it was an empty road and quiet time. Overall mixed feelings about this shop.

Went there to fix an issue with my bike and was attended by these 2 malaysian chinese mechanic. 1 of them was talking to me about the issue of my bike while the other keep whispering some things to him. The cost of the repair then went up and up. Suddenly all need to be changed and repaired. I mean why can’t the mechanic just be upfront and honest? Clearly there was a reason why…

They did a full service, rear tyre change, changed all my air filters and changed my forward brake pads on my XMAX 400. The price is reasonable for the parts and the level of service that was provided. William was very transparent and upfront with the cost and he was open and ever patient while answering all my queries. The mechanics were friendly and thorough in their job. Even the receptionist/admin was very approachable. I am glad i chose to go to THCYCLE today and will go there again.
K	Krishna Jayam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to them to change oil in my bike. Due to insufficient existing oil he proposed to do engine overhaul. My bike was in working condition only at that time without any issue. After the engine overhaul for which I paid $1,4XX.00 the bike started giving problems the same day itself such as hot oil splashing towards the leg when driving. There was no pick up power in the bike as well. When I returned to the shop, they changed the bolt and said all was good but after traveling about 20km the same issues resurfaced. Very bad service by them. Do not wish to engage them again. No experienced personnel working there. Only sweet talking by the owner but he is very money minded and does not resolve the issue at all.
