★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knowing that it is covid period , they makes me in and out of the premises just to get forms photocopied. Supposingly Syariah court should reduce the difficulties of others, instead been given more hassles stuffs and no initiative from information counter level 1 to help just provide a peace of form 36 even though I said I will pay...Been in and out of building with a child in andm husband. Staffs were very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super super slow in replying to emails..took days and tried calling their hotline many times unable to get thru. When they returned call informed them what you were requesting for but no reply after…its been a week…Kept emailing and informing missing documents but when asked what documents are missing, no reply…Bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told the mediator very clear that my ex spouse will transfer his cpf to me to the loss sale of my flat. They did not advise on putting the suggestion CPF clauses needed in the court order. Because of this, I have to apply for Vary of Court Order and went there so many time because of missing documents needed. Can't they advise properly at one time. I have wasted so much time and money. Till today, I still have not settled the CPF transfer!!! ???

Yourself standing in vs lawyers who hv experience. My only hope syariah mediator associates could help in suggestions solving matter in piece
or look further into this matter especially for those who are not using a lawyer vs lawyers.
Sadly my experience they listening to private Lawyers as it makes job faster to closing before trial.
I do not wish mention bias but just be prepared.
Really hope that the management can look into this to help families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i can i will give 0 stars. Never believed them from the start. Judges and all staff are biased towards women even though they are found guilty of infidelity. Syariah destroyed my life time and time again with their biased verdicts and no regards for anyone's future. What kind of Islamic court is this? I hope ALLAH forgives you for what you all have done. Men who are oppressed even though they have not wronged. Complete disappointment in our Muslim family justice system.
