★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to get a PCR test in order to board a plane back to the US. T Medical(especially Taylor) really went above and beyond. Taylor even came in on the day of Hari Raya to administer my test! Incredible. With that kind of service and dedication, I can’t recommend T Medical enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was horrible. I had a bad diarrhoea for the past few days. When I am consulted by the doctor, I told him that I have been experiencing diarrhoea for 4days and the reply was, “And.. ..(short pause)..how can I help you?”. I was lost of words. Then he asked, “When did I have period?”. I couldn’t remember so I told him I cannot remember. So he went on, “This doesn’t help” in a sarcastic tone. This is ridiculous. After the consultation, the lady at the counter prescribed medication for me but did not explain clearly what those medicines are for. She literally read out from the description e.g. allergy intolerant which I do not even need and it doesn’t answer my question. Very incompetent so I didn’t bother asking further. I went home and google the medication, they are supplements that I don’t even need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my very first PCR with T medical and am definitely happy with my choice of clinic. Taylor was professional, swift and super gentle. All my fears and nervousness were unfounded. Will definitely get my future PCRs here. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never been more impressed in my life by the medical service I’ve received here. Dr Toh is a meticulous doctor that understands the stress of my job and is concerned about my holistic wellbeing. Additionally, the amazing medical support staff go above and beyond consistently. They got me my PCR notarized for my flight home to the US at 1am - being responsive all the way and managing my fears that the PCR tests wouldn’t be done in time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to see a doctor. In e end there is no doctor. Guess what,the counter staff act as stand in doctor. At first told me she will arrange a video call in e end of the session. she mentioned.Doctor say no need. I was down a few days. Bad cough and headaches fever. When she gave me the medication she asked, you have panadol right?. She also told me to go and buy at the pharmacy. I told her i got very bad cough, she told me very mild symptoms. In my mind i was like. You are a Doctor? Gave me a tab of flu medicine and a viocl lozenges. The whole process there is no doctor or any video calls done. Just the counter staff and me. Do not recommend.
