Would highly recommend for consultation! Dr. Ong was patient and thorough in his diagnosis of my conditions. He took time to explain and give his best effort to help patients

Scheduled a pre-departure PCR test here. I sent them my details via email - showed up and everything went smoothly. Dr. Ong was very friendly and kind too. I received my results the next day as promised - however the order of my name was incorrect and couldn't be verified on the portal correctly. I contacted the clinic and Sue corrected it for me immediately. Highly recommended. Tip: You need to submit a health declaration prior to your test by scanning a QR code. I won't work if you're on using roaming data, so I used my VPN to connect to Singapore and the page loaded properly for me [edit] came here again end of March 2022 for another pre-departure PCR test. Great same service as my last visit. Only thing was the Singapore VPN method didn’t work anymore for the registration, but the staff at the clinic sorted it out for me.

Honestly, past reviews weren’t fantastic so I was hesitant to paying a visit. To my surprise, my first consultation was very pleasant! At the reception, the lady and man-boy counter staff were pretty much helpful in their capacity to sort out my staff pass benefits (Eh i didn’t know what company I was insured under). During consult, Dr Fabian was clear and succinct the way a GP should have been. His assessment, diagnosis and prescription was coherent. In fact, his explanation was one of the best thus far amongst the GPs I visited. So when I saw the past reviews, I felt rather unjustified leh tsk like most of them talked about service but not alot of how the consultation went. I don’t think one should visit GPs expecting 5 star services. (Okay la maybe it’ll be nice if the team could smile a bit more). Nevertheless, kudos to Dr Fabian and team for continuing to serve patients.

Dr Ong is very thorough with the checks and explains the medical conditions very clearly. He comforts and shows empathy during the art and pcr tests which made the entire experience very nice. I do not live near the clinic but would travel to go to him and get my problems treated.

very poor receptionist's service with an attitude. first time visit to the doctor and am very disappointed with the experience. Owing to proximity, i visited this clinic. I am feeling nausea and I am quite sure there is nothing to do with respiratory issues and also told him about the poor attitude I experienced at the reception. I think the doctor looked quite agitated with my complaint and I do not know how it ended that my prescription being respiratory issues.. In the end, i had to go all the way to my frequent doctor at paya lebar and she has prescribed me with different medicine. will never go this clinic again. overpriced and poor service.

Just wanted to share that your front staff are quite abrupt. I understand that sometimes they are busy but still they have to be patient. Don't forget that we visit the Dr because we are not well. So the staff should always have the patience to listen to what we say. They always tend to hurry in answering than they say ok bye n put the phone down. Dr Fabian he was very soft spoken.

I am writing reviewing my experience in taking the serology test here. My friend and I walked in requesting serology test on Dec 27. Which was compulsory our vaccination status to be updated in trace together, health hub, etc. The test procedure was quick for both of us and the progress was quite comfortable. We received the result after 2-3 days. However, while we both provided identical information, the Clinic somehow updated my colleague vaccination record with his FIN number and mine with passport number. Following the inform, the Dr was willingly help and push the Government agent to update my FIN number. I think this is a sign of taking good care of the patient. Thank you.

In Singapore for several weeks for work and visited Ong's Clinic because it was close to my hotel. The staff was friendly, efficient and very helpful. The doctor was terrific - consultation was thorough and comprehensive. Can't recommend them highly enough.
