★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! They made arrangements to suit my timing and were responsive and friendly throughout. Also, I've had it twice now but the cheesecake is absolutely my favourite thing I've tried so far. It is delectable and the figs just complement the flavours perfectly.
Honestly it's currently my favourite cheesecake in Singapore. Looking forward to try more items!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a gift bundle for my friend's birthday, but the bundle was not complete as what I ordered. I went back to check the website but the website is changed and the price is changed (lower) too. The shop explained that my "old" bundle came with bigger bouquet hence more expensive (although I chose small bouquet in my order). I am very disappointed with my order with Knots & Gift. This would be the first and last time I ordered from them.
I added another star as my friend said their brownies are good.
