Shafiqah from Natures Collection was very helpful in arranging the scheduled delivery & very responsive when communicating by email & phone. Will definitely order here again. (The 18" teddy bear is now my her favorite toy.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed online order for Xmas 2020 gifts : ‘Gund Penelope Penguin Large 12 Inches’ for my 5yo girl & ‘Harry Potter Hermione 2D Cushion’ for my 11yo girl. I’ve opted for Gift Wrap & both items arrived within the scheduled delivery timeline, nicely packaged in 2 contrast colour-wrapper. Both girls were so elated as they unwrapped their Xmas gifts from daddy (mummy placed order, on behalf of busy daddy!) NAI, Chief Plush Peddler, did a follow-up email to ensure that I have received the items. A very good online shopping experience for my 1st purchase with Natures Collection. Looking forward to many purchases in the near future!

They were very upfront about international shipping being expensive, but I wanted multiple items and felt it was worth it. My items came quickly, just as described, and in perfect condition. Initially, I was hesitant to order from an unknown company overseas, but I was very pleased with my experience here. I would not hesitate to order again if they had something I could not find elsewhere.

Edit: One week later, seller "accidentally" accepted refund only and want the item back? Already spoilt a special day and disposed of the plush toy. If this is not a scam, what is?
